Cultural Instruments and Artefacts - Series II


The second series on the cultural instruments and artefacts found in Malaysia, with a focus on the following :

1.  Batu Giling, a stone grinder
2.  Supu, a small container used to keep tobacco
3.  Kukur Kelapa, a coconut grater

These cultural instruments are still being used today, although some have been modified to suit current modern needs.

A LIL' NOTE

Included in this stamp issue is a triangle stamp. There are not many stamps issued in triangle shape, which make this issue worth to be included in one's collection.
