Back from Samosir Island, it's lunch time. Time for gastronomic adventure again.
We had our lunch in this restaurant in Parapat called Restoran Singgalang. According to the tour guide, the food here is "something in between Chinese food and Indonesian food". Fusion, perhaps?
The foods are Chinese dishes, with a tinge of Indonesian taste in it, according to my taste bud. Guess that's why it is fusion :)
